Prior to working with Abcom, Cleary led the sales and marketing teams at HoneyBaked Ham and Ducks Unlimited. He previously held national and regional management positions with Coca-Cola USA and Procter & Gamble. Throughout his career, Cleary has recognized the need to strategically position a brand so that it can be experienced, enjoyed, and claimed by employees, clients and consumers. This experience of cultivating some of the richest brands in the nation has positioned him to work effectively with developing and established clients and their brands, and to plan and execute approaches that are budget-friendly, motivating and productive.
Beyond the stimulating work he enjoys with experiential marketing, Cleary recharges his batteries with his wife and three children as well as friends cultivated from past work or through his alma mater Washington and Lee University. Having served as an U.S. Army Airborne Ranger Infantry officer, Cleary feels like everything else can be fun, and brings this attitude to his work for clients.
