Atlanta-based Beazer Homes has partnered with organizing expert, Monica Ricci, to develop new home features designed to help homeowners reduce clutter, increase storage and use their space more efficiently. Ricci, named one of the nation’s organizing elite by Forbes Magazine, will join more than 100 realtors from the Atlanta area for a preview of Georgia’s first SMARTDESIGN model homes.
