The North Gwinnett Co-op will receive a $10,000 "Good Neighbor" Grant during the ribbon cutting ceremony for Kaiser Permanente's Sugar Hill-Buford Medical Center, the health plan's 14th medical center in metro Atlanta and 2nd facility in Gwinnett County.
The state-of-the-art 16,400 square-foot facility represents a $6.5 million investment in the community and was built using an environmentally-conscious "green design." This approach helps conserve energy as well as reduce indoor air quality problems and exposure to hazardous materials.
Northwest Gwinnett Co-op is the epitome of Kaiser Permanente's mission: to improve the lives of the communities we serve. It provides food, clothing and financial assistance to everyone from small children to senior citizens in Buford, Sugar Hill and Suwanee.

Directions:
If traveling on I-85 North, take Exit 113 to I-985 North towards Gainesville. From I-985 North, take Exit 4 for Georgia Highway 20 towards Buford/Cumming.
If traveling on I-85 South, take Exit 115-A to Georgia Highway 20 towards Buford/Cumming. Turn left onto Buford Drive/Georgia Highway 20 West. Travel approximately 2 miles on Buford Drive and turn right onto Broadmoor Boulevard.
The Kaiser Permanente Sugar Hill-Buford Medical Center is located directly behind the Applebee's Restaurant on Broadmoor Boulevard.
