Joining the festival this year in Central Park in the heart is retail district is the Who-HA Da-Da Artist Fellowship. This group is comprised of twelve southern folk artists exhibiting their art in a variety of medium including painting, hand carved wood, found objects, sculpture, bottle cap characters and collage. The artists include Ken Gentle (Blacktop), Ramona Hotel, Miz Thing, Gabriel Shaffer, Mary Zeman, Mike and Grace Lasters, Jim Shores, Bebo, Justin Killian, Mike Darras, and Hershall Kranitz.
