September 28, 2008 – The United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation will hold its 5
th annual
Fore-a-Cure Golf Tournament on Monday, October 6, 2008 at
The Standard Club in Duluth, Georgia. This annual fundraiser features 18 holes of golf (4-man modified scramble) at one of Georgia’s most prestigious historic private clubs. In addition to great golf, activities include $1,000,000 shot, Hole-in–One with chance to win a luxury car, and many other exciting contests and prizes. Boxed lunches and beverages provided throughout the day with an evening Awards Dinner, featuring a fabulous BBQ, exciting raffles and a live auction. Registration and the range open at 9:00 am with a shotgun start at 11:00 am.
Sponsorship options include Platinum Sponsor at $10,000, which includes a 16 player spot, logo on tournament golf attire, sponsorship signage on two holes, banner, customized promotional activity and much more. Gold Sponsor is $5,000 with an 8 player spot and marketing recognition, Silver Sponsor is $2,500 and Bronze Sponsor is $1000 for a foursome.
