Figo Pasta helped raise $300 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Team In Training at an event August 4. Several where in attendance, and Figo donated 10% of the evening’s proceeds to the LLS.
A big thank you to all who attended and the generous raffle donors: “Every 5 minutes someone is diagnosed with cancer," said Christina Ahumada, who arranged the fundraising event in support of her first-time Team In Training experience, “but this proves that if we all work together, we can make a difference."
Christina is preparing in Atlanta with Team In Training to participate in the Tugaloo Triathlon on September 12.
