Morris & Raper InTown Opens New Midtown Atlanta Office

Due to rapid growth within their division, Morris & Raper InTown, the boutique-style operation that serves the needs of buyers and sellers of resale and new construction residential properties within Atlanta's I-285 perimeter, announces that it will move to a new office in midtown Atlanta on December 1. The office, which occupies the first floor of the Mayfair Royal building on 14th Street, offers a more convenient location for the company's clients, and will allow the company to recruit even more new agents.

“While many companies are downsizing, we are growing,” says Jon Carr, managing director for the Morris & Raper InTown division. “In the past nine months, we have added 24 new agents. It became readily evident that we needed to expand our offices to accommodate the influx of new agents and our expanding market into traditional sales, foreclosures, and short-sales. This is a strategic move that will enable us to almost double our square footage and increase and improve our visibility, and better serve our clients and agents.”

The upscale office will house Morris & Raper's award-winning intown agents and their support staff and provide comfortable and attractive conference rooms, intimate client meeting rooms and offices for clients and agents.

The new office is located at 181 14th Street, NE, Suite 100, Atlanta, Ga. 30309, directly across the street from the W Hotel. Clients and staff will enjoy the new office's convenient location to restaurants, hotels, MARTA, arts and entertainment and the downtown I-85/I-75 connector, which allows easy access to the airport and other major roadways into and out of the city. The division's phone number will not change, staff will be able to be reached during and after the move at 404-228-2691.

Established in 2001 and with a sales team that possesses expert working knowledge of the intown real estate market along with a highly successful track record, Morris & Raper InTown is especially qualified to guarantee the utmost in customer satisfaction.
