The Providence Group Sells 100 Homes in 90 Days

The Providence Group, one of Atlanta’s premier builders, recently completed its 100th sale in a 90 day period. Founded by father-son team Pete and Warren Jolly, The Providence Group is known for its superior design and individualized attention it brings to each of its 12 communities.

“This is very encouraging considering we outperformed several merchant builders in the third quarter,” said Ginny Bryant, director of sales and marketing for The Providence Group. “The absolute sale at bank pricing was a huge success and allowed us to sell existing homes and is now allowing us to move forward with new construction.”

In addition to its success selling homes in the third quarter, The Providence Group was also able to secure 55 new building permits in the month of November and currently has active construction in several of their communities including Woodbridge Crossing, Centennial, Highlands, Sterling of Dunwoody and Three Bridges.

A recent study conducted by Metrostudy, the leading provider of primary and secondary marketing information to the housing and related industries nationwide, confirmed that The Providence Group, a local private semi-custom builder finished the third quarter as the fourth largest builder by closings in the Atlanta area beating out other regional and national builders such as Ryland Homes and Ashton Woods.

“I think it’s a testament to our owners, Warren and Pete Jolly,” said Bryant. “The tactical decisions made ‘before’ the decline in the market to build luxurious gated communities in the best locations with the best schools has proven to be the most important strategy employed and has helped us to overcome a challenging market. Warren and Pete have over 65 years of combined experience in residential real estate sales and marketing, developing and building communities, and managing properties. We are looking for good opportunities ahead for The Providence Group to open new projects that will meet today’s lifestyle in prime locations throughout metro Atlanta.”

Livable and unique floor plans, stunning exterior designs and premiere locations are trademarks of homes built by The Providence Group. For further information about any of The Providence Group’s communities, visit www.tpghomes.net.
