EXPERIENCE THIS 2-DAY INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP TO:

  • Help you identify strengths, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve bottom-line results using the Georgia Oglethorpe (Baldrige) Criteria for Performance Excellence.
  • Learn how to systematically identify your organization’s core competencies, strategic challenges, and strategic advantages in order to set the right priorities to meet your competitive and sustainability challenges.
  • Learn to apply the Georgia Oglethorpe Criteria for Performance Excellence to your organization's daily operations. These are the same Criteria used by those high-performing companies that have received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Executive Leadership. Senior and Middle Managers responsible for Sales and Marketing, Strategic Planning, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Performance Improvement and Quality Systems. Internal and External Consultants.

WORKSHOP LEADER:
Dave Klater, President of Dave Klater Consultants, coaches clients in the use of Baldrige-based Criteria and on completion of award applications. Thirteen of his clients have won state or national Baldrige-based awards. For the past decade, Dave has served on Georgia Oglethorpe Panel of Judges, has led the annual training classes for Georgia Oglethorpe Board of Examiners, and is Alumni Examiner for Baldrige National Quality Award.

WORKSHOP INFORMATION:
Wednesday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Thursday (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), February 24-25, 2010 at the Georgia Department of Labor in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Cost is $795 per person, or $695 per person if registering four or more per organization. Lunch, snacks, and handouts are included. Attendees are eligible to receive $200 credit toward tuition for Georgia Oglethorpe Board of Examiners training in November and December 2010.
