ATLANTA (Feb. 2, 2010) – Atlanta marketers don’t have to miss out on nominating their Stand Out work for a prestigious 2010 Atlanta Marketer of the Year (AMY) Award by the Atlanta Marketing Association (AMA) as the late entry deadline has been extended to February 12. The AMY Awards, which recognize individuals and companies that have stood out on the Atlanta marketing scene in 2009, will be presented on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at The Fabulous Fox Theatre.
The AMY Awards honor programs and campaigns with innovative strategies, unforgettable creative and outstanding results in 10 different marketing categories. In addition to presenting AMY Awards at the March 11 ceremony, AMA Atlanta will also officially recognize renowned marketer and philanthropist Arthur M. Blank, co-founder of Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons, as the 2010 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient live at the 2010 AMY Awards gala.
