March 16, 2010 - Atlanta's Christina Ahumada is racing in the St. Anthony's Triathlon in St. Petersburg, FL on April 25 to raise money to help The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society find cures for leukemia, Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma. Christina will be swimming 0.9 miles, then biking 26 miles and then running 6.2 miles all in one day to raise money through the Team In Training program.For over 20 years, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training ® (TNT) has become an unparalleled sports training program.

WHY: to raise money for blood related cancers so we find a cure, and help the people suffering from this terrible disease to get the medication they need to get better. Every 5 minutes someone is diagnosed with a blood related cancer; let's do our part to make these numbers decrease.
