What: Small Business and Entrepreneurial Expo

Sponsored by the Mall of Georgia, the US Small Business Administration, SCORE® Atlanta, the Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC)

Existing small business owners interested in improving their results and growing their business and prospective entrepreneurs interested in starting their own small business are invited to talk to the experts and participate in this expo at the Mall of Georgia. At the exposition, small business counselors from SCORE®, the SBA and the SBDC will be on hand to provide free counseling, business tools, general business education and financing advice to assist existing and prospective small business owners.

Attendees will gain valuable insight from free Business Counseling Workshops throughout the day, where participating organizations will provide a forum for discussing entrepreneurship, tools and educational content of high value for individuals considering starting their own small businesses or those small businesses seeking ways to grow their business success

Workshop topics include:

11 a.m.—Startup business basics

12 noon—Business and marketing plan development

1 p.m. ---Funding Options

2 p.m. ---Loan Packaging

Over 20 exhibitors, as well as representatives from all seven Atlanta-area Simon Malls will be present and available to discuss your business questions with you. Participating Simon Malls include: Mall of Georgia, Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, Gwinnet Place, NorthLake Mall, Town Center at Cobb and Discover Mills

Registration is necessary for workshops and can be completed at: www.mallofgeorgia.com, or at Mall of GA Guest Services, or at the Mall on the day of the event. Early registration is suggested as class participation size is limited.
