Have you heard the IABC | Atlanta call for entries? Do you know there is only one week left to enter? Well now is the time to gather your best work from the past year and prepare yourself for the amazing competition that is the Golden Flame Awards. Whether you're a junior copywriter or a senior partner, the city’s premier communication award is looking for your winning work. Communicators and winners will be celebrated at the Golden Flame Awards Prom in October 2010. Submit your entries for the IABC | Atlanta Golden Flame Awards right now to make the most of the best deal in town.

You read it right: The Golden Flames are the best awards deal in town. Join the competition for the low entry fee of just $60 for members and $70 for non-members. All submissions and work samples must be received by 5:00 p.m., August 6, 2010, to be considered for the 2010 Golden Flame Awards. It's a great competition with a low cost and a fabulous celebration showcasing your best work. Act now to ensure you're part of this incredible opportunity.

Featuring 80 categories in the areas of overall effort, writing, digital and print design, photography, video production, specialty, integrated marketing, public relations, employee communications, and non-profit, you’re sure to find the perfect place to demonstrate your creative action plans, exciting campaigns and game-changing strategies. You may enter the same communications project in more than one category by filling out separate entry forms and paying entry fees for each category. We invite you to enter as many different projects as you would like. Your future's so bright we're all wearing shades!

Registration is simple, including an online application and mail-in work plans with work samples. Full submission details can be found at atlanta.iabc.com and on the attached Call for Entries PDF. The Golden Flames contest is open to all professional communicators in Metro Atlanta, Macon, Birmingham, Charlotte and beyond. You do not have to be an IABC member to submit your work. All entries must have been produced or used between Aug. 1, 2009, and July 30, 2010.

Award winners will be announced at IABC | Atlanta’s annual Golden Flames Awards Ceremony in October. Please plan to join us this year for a spectacular 80s prom-themed evening to honor our area’s top communications talent. Award winners will be notified in advance of the ceremony. Submit your entries now and stay tuned for additional celebration details.
