Live or Die? Only Way Out Or Is It? PurpleCasketCampaign.Com

"Survivor and Socialpreneur Wage War Against Domestic Violence."

social-print

ACWORTH, GA, September 2, 2010 Every nine seconds, a woman is abused by her husband or intimate partner. One in every three women you see could be a victim of domestic violence,” states Chyna McGarity, DV Survivor & Advocate who experienced abuse over 20 years ago. “We all have to be responsible and accountable to get a strong message across that Domestic Violence is Wrong Always,” she added.

The signature apparel line incorporates a bold, brave and bottom line message Live or Die on trendy graphic tees. This new lifestyle brand allows you to show and share your awareness with others. “I think we're at a time when people just want to join together, cause change and rediscover life again in a whole new way,” Mr. Namho states.

PurpleCasketCampaign.com is a drastic means to get attention in the media and in our communities that this cannot continue happening and that there are resources available to those who are experiencing abuse. Domestic Violence is a crime and will no longer become the secret that no one wants or afraid to talk about.

“We all have a responsibility to take a stand to prevent domestic violence whenever and wherever we can,” said Jeriene Grimes, Vice President of Cobb County NAACP.

“Today we take a stand across the country to support victims of domestic violence and let batterers know that there is no excuse for abuse. Domestic violence is everyone’s business. It affects all of us and we must all make a real commitment to stop it,” states George Namho, Socialpreneur and brainchild behind this undertaking.

George and Chyna, a husband and wife team, are instruments of solution for women desiring to turn their life’s pain into purpose. Their message is quite simple - to give women a voice and give them the courage to rediscover themselves anew.

A portion of all proceeds will be donated to Domestic Violence organizations around the country.
