Brookhaven of East Cobb Perfect Fit for Active Couple

Roger and Charlotte Dreher were self-described "Fulton County brats". That is until they moved to Brookhaven of East Cobb in August 2009. With two grown kids, the couple was looking to downsize without compromising the quality of their home.

"There are some major benefits of buying here, especially on taxes," said Dreher. "My taxes are one-third of what I paid for in Fulton County. It's hard to not like that."
