Sponsorship Available for Central Atlanta Progress Annual Meeting

In 2011, Central Atlanta Progress celebrated a milestone 70 years of serving Downtown Atlanta. This year has been one of tremendous growth for the organization, and we look forward to continuing our civic stewardship into 2012 and beyond. We started the year with a hugely successful and memorable Annual Meeting, featuring inspirational remarks from Gov. Nathan Deal and Mayor Kasim Reed. Your generous support of the event was invaluable, and we’d like to offer you the earliest opportunity to help us do it again as a sponsor of our 2012 Annual Meeting on March 28th.
The 2011 Annual Meeting is just one of many high points we celebrated this year.
In August, GeorgiaForward hosted its second annual Forum at Callaway Gardens, convening hundreds of statewide leaders in a two-day discussion on the state of our state. This year CAP also forged a partnership with the Midtown Alliance to embark on the Connector Transformation Project, a visual enhancement initiative for the I-75/85 Connector that will put a new face on the most visible part of our community. CAP continues to play a leadership role in the development of the Atlanta Streetcar and Multimodal Passenger Terminal (MMPT), two projects that will have long-lasting impact on the city and region.
Most recently, we kicked off the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge with great success! Since launching in November at the 9th annual Downtown Development Day, the Atlanta BBC has received commitments to sustainability from more than 20 commercial property owners Downtown. And we’re just getting warmed up...
We’re capitalizing on this momentum and preparing to make our 2012 Annual Meeting just as memorable as years past. It is set for Wednesday, March 28th at 8:00 a.m., with registration, breakfast and networking beginning at 7:00 a.m.

We appreciate your continued support of Central Atlanta Progress and hope that you will once again support this request.
