Neal Davis Named President of GAHBA

Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Announces 2012 Leadership

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) announced new leaders at its annual Installation and Awards Banquet on Jan. 19, 2012. Senator Johnny Isakson installed Neal Davis, owner of Neal Davis Homes, as the association’s new president.

Davis is the owner of a successful home building company that combines over 15 years of building experience, superior craftmanship and quality products to ensure the highest levels of building performance and customer satisfaction.

In addition to Davis, several other people were installed as part of the GAHBA’s new leadership.

The GAHBA Executive Committee includes the following members:

  • President: Neal Davis
  • Vice President: Mike Turner
  • Treasurer: Richelle Losch
  • Secretary: Jim Brown
  • Immediate Past President: Mike Smith
  • Associate Vice President: Eugene James
  • Builder at Large: John Cooper
  • Builder at Large: Steve Goodsell
  • Builder at Large: Rob Myers
  • Builder at Large: Steve Palmer
  • Associate at Large: Cindy Huber
  • Executive Vice President: David Ellis
  • General Counsel: Frank Brown

A number of other builders and associates serve on the board. The builders are: Charlie Bostwick, Bill Boyajan, Lawson Calhoun, Brian Canady, Al Capogrossi, Dan Fields, Christine Fortenberry, Barry Gittleman, Charles Heiser, Mark King, Steve King, Chris Knight, Ryan Lewis, Tom Reed and Les Stumpff. The associates are: Sammy Baker, Bob Chapin, Tony Donald, Phil Gressly, Mitch Hires, Sonny Hires, Jerry McGrath, John O’Driscoll, Carl Owen, Jeff Pogue, Ro Preisinger and Carol Stone.

Chapter presidents include: Mike Shina, John Cooper, Mark Richardson, Jim Brown, Neal Davis, Rob Myers, Steve Goodsell and Chris Knight.
