Wayne McMillan, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI), serves as a leading expert, speaker and spokesperson on hiring/employment myths surrounding individuals with disabilities and promoting diversity in the workplace. McMillan provides businesses with expert input and guidance on bottom line and social benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities. He is available for media interviews to discuss topics including utilizing the Gallup’s strengths-based model to effectively manage a workforce, as well as diverse hiring, the economy and the business bottom line.

McMillan has participated in interviews with national news and business publications, industry journals, minority publications, as well as media contacts writing about successful strategies for nonprofits and issues in the workplace. Under McMillan’s leadership, BDI has more than tripled the number of people served and continues to provide vocational evaluation, training, job placement and case management to persons with disabilities.
