Through its Pathways to Success initiative, the Foundation has invested more than $16 million since 2004 in The Posse Foundation and other innovative approaches to help high school students gain access to college and career opportunities.
Since 1989, The Posse Foundation has identified, recruited and trained 3,665 public high school students with extraordinary academic and leadership potential to become Posse Scholars. These students – many of whom might have been overlooked by traditional college selection processes – receive four-year, full-tuition leadership scholarships from Posse’s partner institutions of higher education. Most important, Posse Scholars graduate at a rate of 90 percent and make a visible difference on campus and throughout their professional careers.
