Worthmore Jewelers to Host Special Event to Benefit Make-A-Wish Georgia

'Guiltless Holiday Shopping' event to help raise funds for seriously ill children.

On Saturday, November 2, 2013, Worthmore Jewelers Midtown Atlanta store located at Amsterdam Walk - 500-L3 Amsterdam Ave., Atlanta, GA 30306, will be hosting a ‘Guiltless Holiday Shopping’ event to benefit Make-A-Wish® Georgia.  The event is being hosted by The W.I.S.H. Society, the women’s philanthropic leadership group of the organization.

From 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., guests will have the opportunity to visit the local jeweler and create a wish list for themselves or that special someone on their holiday list.   Make-A-Wish Georgia will receive 10% of the proceeds of any items purchased from that wish list at any point in time in the future.

From 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. that evening, exciting festivities, including live music from the local band, Nervous Habit, food and cocktails will turn the evening into the ultimate ‘couple’s night out.’  In addition, artwork from local artists Fred Budin and Sergey Cherep will be on display and available for sale, with Make-A-Wish Georgia receiving 10% of the proceeds.  To preview some of the artwork available from the respective artists, please visit www.fredbudin.com and www.sergeycherep.com.
