We have an exciting opportunity for a Pro Bono & Corporate Responsibility Administrative Assistant in the Atlanta, GA office at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and staff.

The role of the Pro Bono & Corporate Responsibility Assistant is to work closely with the Pro Bono Partner and Pro Bono & CR Manager in the coordination and implementation of the firm’s strategic pro bono and CR objectives. Under the guidance of the Manager of Pro Bono & CR, the Assistant should be able to work independently, in a highly organized manner, and to prioritize the required workload while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Track pro bono data for internal and external reports, surveys, and audits.
  • Assist with compiling pro bono and CR information for client RFPs, as requested.
  • Maintain files and records for pro bono projects.
  • Process new pro bono matters.
  • Assist the Manager of Pro Bono & CR with internal and external program communications.
  • Coordinate certain volunteer activities, employee giving campaigns, pro bono projects, community partnerships, and firm sponsored events.
  • Maintain updates on internal program SABER sites.
  • Provide administrative support for the Manager of Pro Bono & CR, pro bono committee, and sustainability committee.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • One to three years of experience in the legal industry or professional services is required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
