An Evening of Purposeful Practice Engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations®

August 15, 2018 6:00 - 8:30 pm ET, Sponsored by SunTrust

Mary-Frances Winters, President & Founder of The Winters Group, Inc., and author of, We Can’t Talk About That at Work! How to Talk about Race, Religion, Politics, and Other Polarizing Topics, will be facilitating this timely session on creating ‘brave’ spaces for dialogue in our communities and organizations. Given our current social and political climate, organizational and community leaders must be armed with the competencies necessary to engage in and facilitate inclusive conversations across differences. This takes time and skill.

This session will provide an opportunity for participants to engage in community dialogue, share tools and strategies from Winters’ book, and practice executing them in their workplaces and communities.
