Limited spots available: Half-day 'behaviorally smart' seminar, Sept. 28

Coaches, HR pros and others can easily add tech, data edge to practices

There are a limited number of spots available for the half-day, Friday, Sept. 28, seminar that will help coaches, consultants, HR leaders and recruiters plug “behaviorally smart” technology into their practices or organizations.

Atlanta-based DNA Behavior International is hosting the expert panel across multiple disciplines and organizational settings to share how they have used technology to power their clients, teams or organizations:

  • Ami Tully Lotka of Maximum Impact Partners, who uses behavioral insights to transform Sales Teams and also in Board Development Governance;
  • Monique Lung of Conversation Artistry, who helps executives relate to People Culture;
  • Belva White of the Emory University Goizuetta Business school talks about how using behavioral insight tools has helped transform teams at Emory; and
  • Joe Corsino of the Welcome Home Group, discusses how using behavioral tools has helped place veterans in jobs that are a great fit leading to higher satisfaction and lower turnover.

“’People issues’ cost organizations money every day through lack of productivity that comes from toxic employees, misaligned goals and lack of engagement,” says Hugh Massie, CEO of DNA Behavior, who will deliver the day’s keynote presentation. “When you can provide your clients with proven behavioral insight tools to reduce productivity issues and communication blockages, you become invaluable to the organization.”

The Sept. 28 event will address:

  • Technology-enabled hiring benchmarks to help clients/employees find a stronger fit;
  • Identifying the traits of rogue employees (stop trouble before it starts);
  • Using behavioral technology to power a “people culture” program;
  • New application tools that help leaders better manage their teams;
  • Research insights on the styles of entrepreneurs; and
  • Strategies to enable coaches and consultants to deliver a more customized service.

Massie, a pioneer in the practical application of behavioral data and technology, also says the day will include the unveiling of “some cool functionality of data and tech solutions designed to holistically and reliably discover the behavioral talents and communication styles of leaders, employees, and customers. Solutions that leverage their natural talents and develop emotional intelligence to improve business performance.”

Who should attend? #Coaches, #consultants, #HRleaders, #recruiters and others who want a validated behavioral insights tool that will help clients excel and help organizations address myriad people culture issues.

Consultants and coaches have access to a special Business DNA offering; once subscribed to it, they can coach and provide an unlimited number of individual reports based on the annual Consultants’ Package subscription. Corporate and multi-unit packages also are available.

Register for the free event here. Anyone who is interested but cannot attend Sept. 28 or who misses the 40-person cutoff should contact Tripp Rockwell (Tripp.Rockwell@dnabehavior.com) for more information and to be invited to the next event.
