Chamberlain Hrdlicka to Host Tax Forum on Tax Overhaul

Join us as we discuss recent and proposed changes to the 2017 federal tax overhaul.


ATLANTA, April 11, 2019 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka will host a Tax Forum on Tuesday, April 23 at Cobb Galleria from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. EST. The event is open to the public. The program, “Navigating the Maze – Understanding the Most Recent Changes to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act,” will discuss the most recent IRS regulations, announcements and other proposed changes to 2017's federal tax overhaul, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), and how they are impacting / poised to impact the Metro Atlanta business community. Anyone with an interest in changes to TCJA implementation and its impact on Atlanta businesses is welcome to attend.  Complete details and registration are available here.

During the forum, Chamberlain Hrdlicka Shareholder J. Scot Kirkpatrick will moderate a panel featuring Chamberlain Hrdlicka attorneys Stephen C. Heymann, Steven Wyatt and Christopher Steele, delving into TCJA and IRS developments including: Changes to partnership, corporate and individual income tax returns; and the final Section 199A regulations.

The Tax Forum is open to the public and anyone is welcome to attend. Pre-registration for “Navigating the Maze – Understanding the Most Recent Changes to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act” is $45. Walk-in registration is $55. Certified public accountants will receive two hours of continuing professional education (CPE) credits for attending the forum.
